Vision
CPIX connects brands, retailers, and startups to pilot refill, reuse, and low impact packaging at local scale. The vision is a practical playbook—vendors, materials, logistics—that turns sustainability commitments into real store-level experiments and adoption. Sponsors catalyze measurable waste reduction and consumer engagement.
Problem
Brands commit to packaging goals but face fragmented suppliers, unclear regulations, and uncertain consumer uptake. Documentation—specs, safety sheets, local ordinances—lives across PDFs and email threads. Without coordinated pilots and credible evidence, programs stall or revert to status quo packaging.
Solution
Cosolvent curates verified supplier options, trial templates, and measurement plans. With LLM+RAG, teams upload packaging specs, MSDS sheets, and municipal guidance and ask “is this refill nozzle compliant in Region X?” with citations. ClientSynth simulates shopper flows, return rates, and logistics costs to show sponsors which pilots likely hit adoption and margin targets.
Business Model
Revenue includes pilot coordination fees and subscriptions for category managers. Municipal or NGO sponsors can underwrite cohorts in priority neighborhoods. Over time, governed outcomes data—return rates, contamination, cost per kg avoided—support scale decisions and public reporting.
