Vision
BWUE matches food processors, farms, and grocers that have organic waste with innovators who turn it into feed, bio-materials, or energy. The vision is a local circular economy where waste contracts become reliable feedstock for new products and revenue streams. Sponsors unlock emissions reductions and small-business growth through practical, near-term projects.
Problem
Organic waste is perishable and variable in quality; logistics are costly; and regulations are complex. Innovators struggle to secure consistent volumes, while suppliers lack simple compliance and pickup arrangements. Documentation—lab tests, permits, MSDS, haul logs—lives in PDFs and emails, slowing deals and raising risk.
Solution
Cosolvent standardizes quality specs and pickup windows. With LLM+RAG, parties upload test results, permits, SOPs, and photos and ask “does this by-product meet our protein threshold and transport rules?” with sources cited. ClientSynth simulates seasonal volumes and route costs to help sponsors fund the most viable pairings and infrastructure (e.g., dewatering, cold storage).
Business Model
Revenue derives from clearing fees, quality verification tiers, and white Iabel exchanges for industrial parks or cities. Sponsors receive dashboards on diverted tonnage, emissions avoided, and small business revenue—clear metrics that justify continued support.
