Agro I Carbon Verification Exchange (ACVE)

Vision

ACVE de-risks soilIcarbon and regenerative practice claims for smallholders by coordinating local verifiers, agronomists, and buyers under lightweight, transparent rules. The vision is a microImarket where credible measurements and practice evidence unlock payments without burdensome bureaucracy. Sponsors accelerate climate outcomes while channeling funds to farmers who need them most.

Problem

Small farms face complex protocols, high sampling costs, and slow crediting cycles. Evidence—field logs, invoices, drone imagery, lab results—sits in silos, making verification expensive and disputed. Buyers worry about additionality and permanence. As a result, thin pipelines stall: few projects reach issuance, and trust erodes among farmers, buyers, and regulators.

Solution

Cosolvent defines minimal, auditable bundles for practice and measurement claims. LLM+RAG lets farmers and verifiers upload soil tests, invoices, satellite snippets, and protocols, then query “does this field meet minimum evidence for reduced till?” with cited passages. ClientSynth produces synthetic farm cohorts across soils and climates to preview variance, cost, and issuance timelines, giving sponsors confidence to underwrite cohorts and improve MRV economics.

Business Model

ACVE earns from verification coordination and small issuance fees, with sponsor funded cohorts to bootstrap inclusion. Over time, privacy-preserving aggregates on practice adoption and measured outcomes inform insurers, lenders, and public agencies—expanding ROI for sponsors while scaling climate benefits.
